What is your return policy?

Before each doll is packed, we do a final quality check to make sure everything is exactly as it should be for our customer. In the unlikely event that your doll has a manufacturing defect, please let us know within the first 24 hours of receipt and include clear pictures of the damage. If the damage is a manufacturing defect, then we will correct the problem. Otherwise, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns.
